Spring Shepherd’s Pie

I decided to try this new fun recipe I saw on Rachael’s Ray show – Spring Shepherd’s Pie! Yammy!
I made it for Friday’s Dinner. I skipped the fresh tarragon, because I tried it in Chicken Salad I made few weeks ago and we are not very fun of it. I even used an Instant Mashed Potatoes and it worked fine. I personally though that it was little salty, but Scot and Bret both liked it. I am planing to make this recipe again! If you guys make it, let me know how do you like it!
